Just as you so appropriately pointed out that the cliché is Toe the line, even though some people use Tow the line, I speculate that you know the cliché is not Chomping at the bit, even though some say chomping. The original and only appropriate phrase is Champing at the bit, and that probably makes me the one thousandth person to advise you of this. Thanks for the great paper.
